Your workout, your schedule, your location.  It's a busy world out there, and I want to customize your exercise.  Let me bring the gym to you in the privacy of your home or office.  Anyone can do it.  I bring the equipment, you bring the winning attitude.

I started this company in Greensboro, NC about 6 years ago after
completing several fitness
certifications.

Valerie's History
 
My love for exercise began decades ago. While other kids were attending summer camps, I chose to take part in group biking and camping expeditions, riding an average of 85 miles a day.  I played junior varsity basketball, varsity field hockey and softball in my high school years.  It wasn't until after my daughter was born that I found my fitness career; working at Fitness Today, Women's Hospital, and Julie Luther's PurEnergy.  I currently teach kickboxing, aerobics, spin and gentle fitness classes at Gold's Gym  and The Rush Fitness Complex. You may also find me running my own Body Fit Boot Camp as well as B'nai Shalom Day School's Body Fit Faculty program. Summers are often spent running  fitness programs for teens at Camp Ramah Darom in Northern Georgia. This March I began the all new Metabolic Effect; a 30 minute, rest-based, killer work out.  Check out more at www.metaboliceffect.com
 
 
I hold a BS in Broadcast Journalism from Boston University, and consider myself a "retired" TV news anchor and health reporter.  I also write health and fitness related articles for http://www.stayinginshape.com
