My fitness career has spanned more than a decade, but I started participating in an active lifestyle as a young teen. While other kids were attending summer camps, I chose to go on summer bike riding and camping expeditions, averaging 85 to 100 miles of rolling terrain a day. I later went on to play Junior Varsity basketball, Varsity field hockey, and softball in my high school and college years.
I am currently the Group Exercise Coordinator at The Rush Fitness Complex on Wendover Avenue in Greensboro.
